Attorney - Estate Planning

Established (50+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Estate Planning Attorney for Trusts and Estates in Tampa, Florida

An established firm based in Tampa, Florida with over 50+ years in practice is seeking an Estate Planning Attorney with 4+ years of experience to join their team in a hybrid work environment. This Estate Planning Attorney will focus on estate planning, trust administration, probate, and tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies , advising high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and multigenerational families on sophisticated planning matters.

Salary range: $150,000-$190,000+ contingent on experience

Qualifications
4+ years of experience handling estate planning and trust and estate matters
Active Florida Bar membership in good standing
Experience drafting complex wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and advanced estate planning documents
Strong working knowledge of federal estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning
Ability to advise closely held business owners and high-net-worth families
Strong client relationship and communication skills

Responsibilities
Draft and implement comprehensive estate plans including wills, trusts, and related instruments
Advise clients on tax-efficient wealth transfer and asset protection strategies
Handle trust administration and probate matters from inception through resolution
Collaborate with corporate, tax, and real estate attorneys on integrated client matters
Maintain direct client contact and serve as a trusted advisor to individuals and families
Support business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the trusts and estates practice
