Civil litigation firm headquartered in Orange County, California looking for an associate attorney for its Insurance Defense division in Tampa, Florida to handle defense of general liability and construction defect lawsuits. Duties will include, but are not limited to, independently managing a litigation caseload from beginning to end, communicating with clients, appearing at depositions and in court, and working closely with other attorneys and partners on matters.
The ideal candidate will have one to five years of experience in litigation, strong academic credentials and must be currently admitted to the Florida & California State Bar. The candidate must have strong writing and analytical skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
