Qualifications Must have background experience as a participant or coach in Cross Country. Must be able to teach and demonstrate the fundamentals of Cross Country. Must know state and national rules and be well‑versed in Cross Country. Must be available for all practices. Must be available for all home and away meets. Must exhibit personal behavior in the presence of students to serve as a proper role model for adolescent athletes. Must complete mandatory Tillamook School District online classes (Bloodborne Pathogens, Child Safety, etc.). Must be able to pass a criminal/fingerprint background check ($70 fee). Must have and maintain a valid CPR/First Aid Certificate. Salary
