Assembler With Microscope ExpThe Assembler is responsible for assembling small components with precision while working under a microscope in a clean manufacturing environment. Candidates must have previous microscope assembly experience and be comfortable sitting for the entire shift performing detailed, repetitive work.Schedule:Monday – Friday6:00 AM – 2:30 PMThe Assembler is responsible for:Assembling small components according to work instructions and specificationsPerforming precision assembly using a microscopeInspecting parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are metFollowing detailed assembly procedures and manufacturing documentationMaintaining a clean, organized, and safe workstationReporting quality concerns or equipment issues to the supervisorMeeting daily production and quality goalsFollowing all company safety and quality proceduresJob Requirements:Previous experience working under a microscope is requiredPrevious small parts or medical device assembly experience is preferredExcellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterityStrong attention to detail and qualityAbility to sit for the entire 8-hour shift performing repetitive assembly tasksAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsReliable attendance and strong teamwork skills
