Administrative Coordinator

We're looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join our Denver team!

As an Administrative Coordinator for Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen you will serve as the primary administrative support resource for the Administrative Department, provide direct assistance to the General Manager and Leaders within the business. You will be responsible for coordinating executive calendars, managing travel arrangements, and ensuring the smooth execution of administrative operations and departmental activities.

Responsibilities

• Calendar management.
• Travel coordination (ex: booking flights, hotel rooms, and rental cars)
• Data Entry.
• Managing multiple mailboxes and running reports.
• Coordinating & preparing meetings and help with any projects as needed.
• Managing Supplies.
• Greeting visitors and teammates entering facility.
• Other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of organization and communication.
• Flexibility and demonstrated ability to adapt well in a changing environment.
• Ability to work independently.
• High level executive administrative experience required.
• Ability to work within multiple software platforms.
• Ability to multitask.
