Randstad Staffing is seeking 2nd and 3rd shift Production Operators at a client of ours in the Freehold, NJ area. Available schedules: 2nd shift - Monday - Friday, 3:30pm - 12:00am ($20.25/hr.) 2nd shift - Monday - Thursday, 3:30pm - 2:00am ($20.25/hr.) 3rd shift - Monday - Friday, 11:30pm - 8:00am ($20.75/hr.) All schedules could require overtime on Saturdays at times. What You’ll Do Command the Equipment: Set up, calibrate, and operate high-speed production machinery. Precision Monitoring: Keep a sharp eye on output quality, making real-time adjustments to ensure everything meets our gold standard. Safety First: Maintain a spotless workspace and follow all safety protocols—because your hands are your best tools. The Profile We’re Looking For Experience: At least 1–2 years in a manufacturing or production environment preferred. Stamina: You can stand for the duration of a shift and aren’t afraid to lift up to 50 lbs. The "X-Factor": Reliable, punctual, and a team player who takes pride in "getting it right the first time
